Upcoming Yoga/Alexander Technique Workshops

At its best, the Alexander technique is a conversation in elegant simplicity. We'll be using Alexander principles to explore how to create movement that is pleasant, enjoyable and sustainable. We'll be using the ideas of the Alexander Technique to go deeper in our asana practice. To feed our awareness of the difference between fearlessness and recklessness. To create constraints to our practice based on how our body works so that we are safe. To create challenges so that we can continue to grow in our practice.
